Business Center Russkie Samotsvety
Pilkington Suncool® 66/33Business Center Russkie Samotsvety
Business Center Russkie Samotsvety is a project in portfolio of RS-Stroy Developer, a subsidiary of the jewelry holding the Russkie Samotsvety that not only owns the factory, but has been building business centers in St. Petersburg for over 10 years.
Russkie Samotsvety is located on 3 hectares of land surrounded by shopping centers, not far from the river, a short walk to the nearest metro station and Ladozhsky train station and a 1 minute drive to Nevsky Prospekt.
The project was developed by the Tsytsin architecture workshop. Two brick-monolithic rectangular buildings made of glass and concrete fit seamlessly into the surrounding high-rise buildings of the Russkie Samotsvety.
Each facade is exquisitely adorned with stained glass. Pilkington Suncool® 66/33 architectural glass was used on the site. The product is universal and suitable both for both residential and commercial buildings. The glass lets in a lot of light, which is important in cloudy St. Petersburg, and is characterized by it's low reflection and good solar factor.
The invisible coating, which consists of 20 protective layers of a multifunctional Double Silver coating, provides the excellent energy-saving properties of the glass. The indoor temperature remains comfortable even in the winter, because thanks to the coating, no room heat escapes to the outside.
