Urban Business Center

Kazan's main instaspot - this is the unofficial name given by young people to the building of the unique Urban business center because of its photogenicity and frequent references on social networks. When creating this project, Bespoke architects were inspired by the City of London, where skyscrapers neighbor on numerous chamber public spaces for walking and socializing.

The developer, a company named Urban, relied on the latest technology and eco-standards. The business center passed the ECOGREENOFICE voluntary certification. It became the first project in Kazan to receive the international LEED v4 energy efficiency certificate at the Gold level. In 2021 it was recognized as the best class A business center in the Republic of Tatarstan. The total area of the 5-storey building is 20,000 square meters. There are underground and overground parking lots designed for 250 cars. Urban has become more than just a business space. It is a lush oasis inside a densely built-up city. The contrast to the laconic forms of rough texture is created by natural elements - flowerbeds with succulents, cereal plants in the park and large trees in tubs. An entrance with a reception shaped like a curve is located in the center of the building. It resembles the letter U from above reflecting the name Urban. Business and commercial spaces occupy two wings of the business center. They are united by a common stylobate. The building looks laconic and stylish owing to the granite and wood finishing. The linear lighting and the clear rhythm of the windows add dynamics to the forms, creating a wow-effect. Light House, the facade company, paid special attention to the level of natural light inside the premises. Maximum comfort of the business space is provided by STiS double-glazed windows. In addition to reliability and safety, environmental friendliness and energy efficiency are important aspects of the glazing of the building. Glass from the Pilkington Suncool 70/40 Pro T architectural range is used in the project. It is as transparent and neutral in tone as possible. This makes it comfortable to be and work in the business space at any time of the year. The sun protection properties of Pilkington Suncool 70/40 Pro T ensure optimum temperatures and save on air conditioning and heating costs.
