DM Tower Business Center

DM Tower, a Class A business center, has become a harmonious continuation of the business cluster of Danilovskaya Manufaktura (Manufactory) loft quarter. The 18-storey building with glass facades blends well with the reconstructed premises of the weaving factory, the architectural appearance of which is formed by large windows and thick brick walls.

In addition to offices, the business center with an area of almost 42,000 square meters houses some co-working space, a cafe, a bank, a notary office, a fitness center, a panoramic restaurant with a terrace, and an underground two-level parking lot for 160 cars. The height of the ceilings is 4 meters. The building is equipped with 11 elevators. The project of the business center was developed by Speech architectural bureau headed by Sergey Choban. In 2021, the building got the Platinum Award in the office development category of the TITAN Property Awards. The project was implemented by KR Properties. The façade of the Danilovskaya Manufaktura tower (this is what the letters in the name of the business center stand for) is divided into pointed segments. The symmetrical contour gives a sense of dynamics and provides the maximum amount of space with the best views. Thanks to the panoramic glazing, the business center offers views of the Moskva River and Novodanilovskaya Embankment. Stalin-time skyscrapers, the Academy of Sciences, the Shukhov Tower and Moscow City can be seen from the upper floors. The rooms are filled with natural light, which helps to save on additional lighting. Glass from the Pilkington Suncool® 70/40 Pro T architectural range was used for the project. This product is noted for its maximum transparency and neutrality as well as high sun protection properties. The glass lets in plenty of light, and the nanocoating with two layers of silver keeps the sun's heat from penetrating. This results in less stress on the air conditioning systems. In addition, this product is characterized by excellent thermal insulation characteristics. It is an economical solution to the problem of energy saving. Also, to increase reliability and safety, 8-millimeter-thick tempered glass was used in the building.
