A new format of a multifunctional
residential complex. This is how the Smart Plaza business class residential
complex is positioned by a large Kiev developer,UDP company. When creating the project,
the architects were inspired by the Zorlu skyscrapers in Istanbul and Midtown
in Tokyo. The concept of smart life, from which the authors started, assumes
convenience, comfort and economy.
Savings are also not only to pay less for heat and electricity. It also means spending less time getting anywhere. The residential complex is located in a two-minute walk to the Polytechnic Institute metro station, on foot you can walk to the Kiev Zoo, and to Khreshchatyk, just 10 minutes by car.
Two monolithic frame towers of 23 floors are located on the stylobate. It has parking for almost 300 cars, a large-scale shopping center with fitness and SPA centers, restaurants, cafes, cinemas, beauty salons and a chain of boutiques. And on the roof of the stylobate part there is a seating area.
The residential complex consists of 250 apartments with a ceiling height of 3 meters. The layout options include 1-3 rooms, as well as two-level apartments. The area of the apartments is from 36 to 104 square meters. Part of the facades of the houses is made in the form of panoramic glazing. From the windows of Smart Plaza you can enjoy picturesque views of Kiev.
Energy efficiency of housing is also realized due to energy-saving IG Units. They used Pilkington Suncool® 66/33 Pro T architectural class glass with a neutral shade. It is a versatile product with high selectivity. The glass is suitable for glazing both commercial buildings and residential buildings. It has a low specularity, excellent solar factor, and high light transmission.
